The 21st century requires a new type of nonprofit to support people with disabilities. Entrepreneurial, dynamic and visionary, Community Options Enterprises is pioneering the creation of new and exciting choices that lead to greater economic and social independence of people with disabilities.
Community Options Enterprises, Inc. (COE) is a pioneering nonprofit organization, the agency's latest initiative is the Community Option's Incubation Network (COINet), a first-of-its-kind business incubator designed to afford entrepreneurs with disabilities the opportunity to pursue their business goals, succeed in their own business, and contribute to the economic growth of their community. This groundbreaking model of business incubation supports and encourages entrepreneurial development in the disability market. COINet is one of the many ways COE is helping to redefine the social and economic status of Americans with disabilities.
COINet 's management team and Advisory Board have specific and focused expertise in identifying strategic opportunities, apply targeted resources and drive growth. COINet sponsors businesses during their early stage development helping them accelerate their commercialization to drive exceptional personal empowerment. We are committed to long-term business development and job creation to benefit persons with disabilities in New Jersey and throughout the nation.
COINet offers one-on-one business assistance specifically geared to the needs of entrepreneurs with disabilities. These services include below-market executive office space, strategic management, financial counsel, business partnerships, human resource assistance, and customized technology solutions.

Emise Designs, 314-843-1607, founder Ashley Nanney, designs wholesale costume jewelry, and employs other people with disabilities to help create the jewelry she designs.
Morristown One Community, www.onecommunity.com, which aims to increase the economic and social inclusiveness of Morristown, NJ by educating communities about people with disabilities.
People Helping People, 973-644-4711, which offers job coaching and workplace supports to people with disabilities.
