We believe that all persons, regardless of their level of disability, can and should live and work in the community with dignity, choice, and self-determination. Our Vision: To establish an endowment for Community Options to expand our programs and services for people with disabilities and spread our message of equality and inclusion. Legacy Circle The Legacy Circle was created by The York Foundation a subsidiary of Community Options, to enlist those who have helped to support our organization. The Legacy Circle is bittersweet as it reminds us of the tremendous loss we have experienced but at the same time, exemplifies how much impact a particular person has had on our cause and helping people with disabilities.
