Community Options, Inc. of Wisconsin was established in 1994 to provide residential support services(Adult Family Home licensed residential services) to individuals with disabilities in Southeastern counties of Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Jefferson, Kenosha, Racine, Waukesha, and Dodge.

Programs are funded through Milwaukee county CIP (Community Integration Programs). Staff meet with the individual and their family to ensure that an individual's plans are person-centered, incorporating the person's preferences accordingly.

Residential programs are designed to assist people with disabilities moving from nursing homes, state institutions, state schools, and other facilities, or who are on waiting lists for community services, to find housing in the community.
