LUBBOCK, Texas — The Cupid’s Chase 5K Run is returning to Lubbock for 2026 on Valentine’s Day, this year taking place on Saturday, February 14.
Every February, the national race series celebrates the nonprofit organization, Community Options’, founding. Last year, over 11,000 runners nationwide joined the race, raising funds to provide housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Runners, walkers, participants with baby strollers or wheelchairs and sponsors are all invited to take part of the 18th annual race. Early bird ticket prices are on sale now for $45 dollars on their official website. The race begins at Mackenzie Park at 301 I-27. Check in begins at 8 a.m. with the race beginning at 9 a.m.
