LIVERPOOL, N.Y. — Onondaga Lake Park held its 18th annual Cupid’s Chase 5k on Saturday morning. The race was put on by Community Options, a national nonprofit, to support those with disabilities.

Participants raised funds to help provide housing and employment opportunities for those with disabilities.

Around 300 runners, walkers and those in wheelchairs participated in the race, some even dressed up in festive Valentine’s Day outfits. Across the country, 49 different cities held the Cupid’s Chase 5k.

This was the first time the race fell on the actual day of Valentine’s Day.
