Community Options continues to work with local leaders to promote accessibility and inclusion in communities across the country.

On February 11, 2026, York, Pennsylvania Executive Director Kelsey Munoz met with Michael Albert, Mayor of Wrightsville, to discuss initiatives that support individuals with disabilities in the borough. Their conversation focused on improving accessibility throughout the community, including ensuring voting locations are accessible and reviewing accessible parking areas to better serve residents who rely on them.

These efforts represent important steps toward creating a more inclusive community for people with disabilities.
