Community Options Announces Haleigh Haven as Assistant Executive Director for New Hampshire

Nashua, NH – Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, has appointed Haleigh Haven as the new Assistant Executive Director for New Hampshire. In her new role, Haleigh will oversee the expansion and development of services across the state, working closely with the team to ensure impactful outcomes.
“With her experience in community outreach and a demonstrated ability to drive impactful initiatives, Haleigh will be instrumental in expanding our reach and strengthening our partnerships across New Hampshire,” said Robert Stack, Community Options’ President and CEO. “Her dedication and strategic insights will be vital as we continue to enhance the quality of life for those we serve in the state.”
Community Options develops innovative housing and employment supports for 6,000 people with disabilities and their families across 12 states. With their recent expansion into New Hampshire, Community Options now manages four residential homes from an office in Hillsborough County.

Previously, Haleigh Haven served as an AmeriCorps VISTA Member at Community Options’ Las Cruces office, where she played a key role in grant writing, data management, fundraising, and event planning. Haleigh also worked closely with state agencies and businesses to secure employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from New Mexico State University, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Her academic background and diverse professional experience make her exceptionally well-suited to drive strategic initiatives and expand services for individuals with disabilities in New Hampshire.
