Princeton, NJ — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Garcia as Regional Director. In her new role, she will oversee Community Options’ programs and services across Southern New Jersey.

Jennifer has more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare and assisted living operations, with expertise in multi-site management, operational strategy, regulatory compliance and team development.

“Jennifer brings strong leadership and a deep commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “Her ability to build high-performing teams will expand opportunities for people we support throughout South Jersey to live, work and fully participate in their communities.”

Community Options operates in 12 states, providing residential and employment support services to more than 7,000 individuals with disabilities and their families. In New Jersey, the organization supports over 1,200 individuals, helping people live more independently and actively participate in their communities.

“I am excited to join Community Options and work alongside such a dedicated team,” said Jennifer Garcia. “I look forward to supporting innovative programs and services that empower people with disabilities to live and work successfully in their communities.”

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
