NASHUA, NH — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Primo as the New Hampshire State Director.

Community Options develops innovative housing and employment support for over 7,000 people with disabilities and families across 12 states. In New Hampshire, Jessica will oversee statewide services including community-based residential and employment supports.

“Jessica brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to person-centered supports,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “Her leadership and dedication to quality services make her an outstanding choice to guide our work in New Hampshire.”

Jessica is an experienced leader with a strong background in program oversight, team development and regulatory compliance. She has directed large-scale adult services operations, managed multiple residential programs, led new program openings and supervised management teams. Jessica has also driven quality improvement and staff development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served in the Peace Corps in the Federated States of Micronesia, supporting youth development and volunteer training.

“I am honored to join Community Options as State Director for New Hampshire,” said Jessica Primo. “I look forward to strengthening partnerships, supporting our staff and expanding opportunities for the people we support.”

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
