Lubbock, TX – Community Options, Inc., a leading national non-profit supporting people with disabilities, announced the appointment of Monica Ryan as Texas State Director. In her new role, Monica will oversee operations and development across Community Options’ seven offices in Texas.

“I am thrilled to welcome Monica to our leadership team,” said Robert Stack, Community Options’ President and CEO. “She has a proven track record and I am confident that her strategic vision and business acumen will contribute to our continued success and growth in Texas.”

Community Options develops innovative housing and employment supports for 6,000 people with disabilities and families across 12 states. In Texas, Community Options supports 1,200 people and has offices in Amarillo, Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Lubbock and San Antonio.

“I am honored to be a part of Community Options and I am eager to contribute to the impactful work being done in Texas,” said Monica Ryan. “I look forward to working with our team to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.”

Monica has a decade of experience in healthcare and human service management. She was most recently Regional Operations Director for a provider in North Texas, managing residential services for 900 people with disabilities. Monica received her MS in Human Services and BS in Management from Lubbock Christian University.
