Dallas, TX — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Olivia Buck as its new Executive Director of Dallas.

Community Options develops innovative housing and employment support for over 6,000 people with disabilities and families across 12 states, including 650 people in Texas. With a staff of over 450 people, Community Options operates 60 community-based homes in Texas in addition to managing over 250 host homes.

“Olivia brings plenty of experience and passion for managing health and human services to this Executive Director role,” said Samantha Cutler, Community Options’ Regional Vice President for Texas and New Mexico. “Her proven leadership and dedication make her the perfect choice to further our mission in Dallas.”

Olivia has over 15 years of experience working in home and community-based services for individuals with disabilities. In addition to experience in direct care and support, she has also led training initiatives, managed company-wide compliance, and overseen daily department operations.

“I look forward to joining the Community Options team in Dallas,” said Olivia Buck. “The mission of providing housing and employment to individuals with disabilities perfectly aligns with my passion for supportive services and high-quality care.”

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Health Services Administration from Strayer University.
