Community Options Appoints Paul Groch to Vice President of Information Technology

Princeton, NJ — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit organization supporting people with disabilities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Groch to Vice President of Information Technology.

In his new role, Groch will lead the organization’s Information Technology department, which powers operations for more than 7,000 employees nationwide. Groch will drive Community Options’ technology vision, focusing on innovation, system integration and scalable solutions that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

“Paul has been instrumental in modernizing our technology and positioning Community Options for the future,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “His leadership, strategic thinking and deep understanding of our mission make him the right person to drive innovation across our organization.”

Groch previously served as Director of Data Analytics, where he advanced enterprise data systems and strengthened technology strategy across the organization. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure modernization and digital transformation in complex, multi-state environments.
