Community Options Appoints Rebecca Bennett as Senior Regional Director

Havertown, PA — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit dedicated to supporting people with disabilities through housing and employment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Bennett as Senior Regional Director for Southeast and Western Pennsylvania.

In this expanded leadership role, Rebecca will oversee residential, employment and community-based services across both regions of the state. Her focus will include strategic growth, program development, operational excellence and strengthening partnerships with local stakeholders to ensure high-quality supports for people with disabilities.

“Rebecca’s depth of knowledge and her genuine passion for our mission make her an exceptional leader,” said Lacie Parker, Community Options’ Regional Vice President. “Her dedication will help us expand and enhance the supports we provide to people with disabilities throughout Pennsylvania.”

Rebecca has held several leadership roles within Community Options, most recently serving as Executive Director of Delaware County, where she oversaw the development and management of services throughout the region. She has more than 15 years of experience in the disability services field, beginning her career as an educator for students with autism. She also previously served as Chief Program Officer at a mid-size Pennsylvania nonprofit.

“I am honored to take on this new role as Senior Regional Director and to lead teams across Southeast and Western Pennsylvania,” said Rebecca. “I look forward to strengthening community collaborations, expanding innovative service models and deepening our commitment to ensuring that people with disabilities have meaningful opportunities to live and work in their communities.”

Rebecca holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Arcadia University, a Master of Science in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from West Chester University.
