Harrisburg, PA – Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, announced the appointment Stacy Buchmann as Central Pennsylvania Regional Director. In her new role, Stacy will oversee operations and development for Community Options in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster and York Counties.

“I am thrilled to have Stacy as our Regional Director for Central Pennsylvania,” said Robert Stack, Community Options’ President and CEO. “Her experience aligns greatly with our cause, and I truly believe she will be an asset to us and improve services for Pennsylvanians with disabilities.”

Community Options develops innovative housing and employment support for over 6,000 people with disabilities and families across 12 states. Across Pennsylvania, Community Options over 220 homes for 400 people.

“I am excited to join the Community Options family,” said Stacy Buchmann. “I look forward to new opportunities to support individuals with disabilities to lead meaningful lives and experience valued roles within their communities.”

Stacy brings over 20 years of experience in supporting and leading programs aimed at uplifting the lives of persons with disabilities. Stacy holds a B.A. in Music Therapy from Appalachian State University and a Master’s in Education in School Counseling from the University of Massachusetts.
