BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WBNG) — Community Options in Broome will host its annual Cupid’s Chase 5K on Valentine’s Day, offering participants a chance to support disability services while celebrating the holiday.

The national event takes place across 49 cities and 12 states, supporting organizations like Community Options. The Broome County race will be held at Otsiningo Park on Feb. 14, with registration at 9 a.m. and the race starting at 10 a.m.

This year’s event has already registered more runners than last year and organizers are looking to continue the expansion. The race aims to raise $20,000, up from last year’s successful goal of $19,000.
