Community Options Meets with Bountiful Mayor to Discuss New Day Services

BOUNTIFUL, UT– Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, is opening a new program in Bountiful, Utah to provide Day Services to adults with developmental disabilities. Community Options met with Mayor Kendalyn Harris of Bountiful to discuss the program and its impact for people with disabilities.
“We are excited to expand our footprint in Utah to provide Day Services to people with disabilities in Bountiful,” said Ashlyn Visser, Community Options’ State Director of Utah. “We hope to make a lasting impact on the people of the community.”
Community Options develops innovative housing and employment supports for 6,000 people with disabilities and their families across 12 states. In Utah, Community Options maintains offices in West Valley and Ogden to support over 150 people in community-based services. The new location in Bountiful will offer Day Services for up to 30 adults with disabilities.
