Community Options names new SVP of HR

Community Options Inc., a Princeton-based disability services organization, has named a new senior vice president of human resources, it announced recently.

Stacey A. Verdino joins Community Options from Nutrinia Inc., a biotechnology company, where she was senior director and head of HR. She also served as director of HR for Amicus Therapeutics.

“Stacey has a puissant background. She ran human resources for my friend, John Crowley, who heads Amicus,” Robert Stack, Community Options’ CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “Stacey learned from John the value that persons with disabilities bring to society, and will augment her knowledge and this ethos to our human resource department that manages over 5,200 employees nationwide.”

In her new role, she will implement a strategic and effective HR process to help Community Options attract and retain employees.
