Community Options Promotes Antonio Ferguson to Executive Director

Nashville, TN – Community Options, Inc., a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, announced the appointment of Antonio Ferguson to Executive Director for Nashville.
Community Options develops innovative housing and employment services for 6,000 people with disabilities across 11 states. In Tennessee, Community Options supports over 200 people and their families in community-based services. The nonprofit manages 49 homes throughout Tennessee and over 650 homes nationally.
“I am excited to appoint Antonio as Executive Director to lead our operations in Nashville,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to strong and effective leadership. I look forward to working with Antonio to develop strategies that promote positive change, inclusion, and better support for persons with disabilities.”
In his new role, Antonio will manage residential, employment, and day supports for people with disabilities in Nashville and the surrounding area. Antonio joined Community Options in 2020 as Coordinator of Program Services. He was promoted to Senior Coordinator of Program Services in 2022 and was most recently Director of Residential Services.

Antonio received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
