Community Options Promotes Lacie Parker to Regional Vice President

Princeton, NJ — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit that develops housing and employment supports for people with disabilities, is proud to announce the promotion of Lacie Parker to Regional Vice President, overseeing operations in Maryland, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.
Lacie joined Community Options in 2012 as a Direct Support Professional and has held several leadership positions, including Program Manager, Resident Director, Executive Director and most recently, Vice President of Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, Pennsylvania has grown to become Community Options’ largest state with over 275 homes.
“Lacie’s promotion reflects her remarkable dedication and impact,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “Her leadership, experience and deep understanding of our mission make her the ideal person to guide our programs and teams across these regions.”
As Regional Vice President, Lacie will guide strategic growth and operational excellence across three states. Community Options supports over 1,200 people with disabilities and families through residential, employment and day supports between Maryland, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with Lacie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University and a Master of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
