Community Options Promotes Michael Burnett to Regional Vice President

PHEONIX, AZ – Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, announced the appointment of Michael Burnett as Regional Vice President. In his new role, Michael will oversee operations and development for Community Options in Arizona and Utah.
“I am thrilled to promote Michael to Regional Vice President for Arizona and Utah,” said Robert Stack, Community Options’ President and CEO. “Michael has a proven track record and after seeing his success in Arizona, I knew he would be the perfect choice to lead the region.”
Community Options develops innovative housing and employment supports for 6,000 people with disabilities and families across 12 states. Community Options supports over 200 people in Arizona, with offices in both Greater Phoenix and Tucson. In Utah, Community Options supports over 150 people, with offices in Ogden, West Valley, and Bountiful. Community Options employs over 400 people within Utah and Arizona.
“I am excited for this opportunity to lead our teams in Arizona and Utah,” said Michael Burnett. “I look forward to working with our leadership team to expand our services in both states to support more people with disabilities and their families.”
Michael joined Community Options in April 2024 as Arizona State Director. He has over twenty years of experience in operations management, program development, and executive leadership for human services agencies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Psychology from Auburn University.
