Community Options Promotes Sibette Vasquez to Director of Government Relations

PRINCETON, NJ — Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, is proud to announce the promotion of Sibette Vasquez to Director of Government Relations.
In this role, Sibette will lead the organization’s advocacy efforts at both the federal and state levels, working to strengthen policies and funding that support people with disabilities in living and working in their communities. She will collaborate closely with executive leadership and regional teams to identify opportunities, address challenges and advance Community Options’ mission through effective public policy.
“Sibette brings a strong understanding of policy and a deep commitment to the people we support,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “Her leadership will be critical as we continue to advocate for inclusive opportunities and ensure that individuals with disabilities have access to the services they need to thrive.”
Sibette will also build and maintain relationships with elected officials, government agencies and advocacy partners, while helping to guide organization-wide engagement in key policy initiatives.

Sibette holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, providing a strong foundation for her work in public policy and advocacy.
