Courtney Eidel Named Chief Administrative Officer of Community Options

Courtney EidelPRINCETON, NJ, AUGUST 13, 2015 – Community Options, Inc., a national nonprofit organization that provides housing and employment support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has named Courtney Eidel as their Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

Courtney joined Community Options in 2010 as the Senior Director of Human Resources. She quickly streamlined processes, reduced costs and standardized employment practices across the organization. The following year, Courtney was promoted to the Vice President of Human Resources and Quality Management, and was responsible for leading various training initiatives and ensuring the quality of service delivery across the organization. In her new role, Courtney will assume responsibility for Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Training, Grants and Development.

Courtney has a B.S. in Management and International Business from Montclair State University and an MBA from Georgian Court University. Prior to joining Community Options, Courtney worked in various management positions in the medical device, manufacturing and technology industries, including the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, Lucent Technologies and Compaq Financial Services.

The Jackson, NJ native was also recently named Secretary of the Board of Directors for Community Options Enterprises.
