Temperatures in the teens didn’t stop runners from turning out Saturday for the Cupid’s Chase 5K at Bob Rodale Cycling and Fitness Park.

Upper Macungie Township is one of 27 municipalities nationwide that hosted a Cupid’s Chase 5k race Saturday morning. The only other Pennsylvania races were held in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

The event was coordinated by Community Options, Inc. which provides housing, support services and advocacy assistance for people with disabilities.
