Cupid’s Chase 5K raises money for those with disabilities

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Harrisburg joined one of the thirty cities across nine states that participated in the eighth annual Cupid’s Chase 5K on Saturday morning.
Community Options is a national non-profit organization that provides housing and employment support to people with disabilities.
Every year. Community Options holds their annual 5K to raise money to help support individuals with disabilities in their local communities.
The organization has helped raised over $400,000 in the last two years.
Harrisburg was one of the newest location additions for the run.
At the run, participants were able to choose and “Available” or “Unavailable” shirt to wear for the race in the hope of sparking a love connection for Valentine’s Day weekend.
