Principal of Blank Rome, LLP to Lead Keynote Panel at National Advocacy Conference

September 14, 2010 (National Distribution)- Community Options, Inc. a national nonprofit organization that has been developing homes and employment for people with disabilities since 1989, will be holding its 5th Annual iMatter Conference on September 27, 2010- September 30, 2010.

The “Advocacy – Connect. Share. Live,” national conference will be taking place at the W Hotel in Dallas. The conference will be the culmination of a years worth of work by parent groups the organization has assembled across the country to increase access and resources for children with disabilities.

On Monday, September 27, 2010 from 1:30-3:30pm at the W Hotel in Dallas, David Norcross, Principal of Blank Rome, LLC will be leading a keynote panel discussion that will promote best practices for people with disabilities.

David Norcross has extensive experience in the management of legal team election activities and election observation (both foreign and domestic) undertaking missions in Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Kuwait, Nicaragua, Nigeria, and Russia, among others. He has also served as both General Counsel and member of the board of the International Republican Institute and General Counsel to the Center for Democracy—nonprofit and nonpartisan organizations dedicated to developing political parties, open elections, and good governance worldwide. He formerly served as Secretary (Ch) of the Burlington County Board of Elections (N.J.) for many years.
