PRINCETON, NJ – Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, was presented a check for $27,886 from Haldeman Subaru as part of the national Subaru Share the Love Event.
The contribution follows the grand opening of Haldeman Subaru’s new location in Robbinsville and continues the dealership’s long-standing commitment to giving back through the annual Share the Love campaign. Ken Ruch, General Manager of Haldeman Subaru, presented the check on behalf of the dealership.
“Supporting Community Options is something we truly believe in at Haldeman Subaru. Their mission to empower people with disabilities aligns closely with our values,” said Ken Ruch. “We’re proud to contribute to their incredible work. It’s an honor to be part of something that makes such a lasting impact in our community.”
Community Options currently operates in 12 states, developing housing and employment supports to more than 6,700 individuals with disabilities and their families. Partnerships from organizations like Haldeman Subaru have a direct and meaningful impact on the supports we provide and expansion efforts across all our locations.
“We have had the privilege of working alongside Haldeman Subaru for many years and their continued generosity means a great deal to us,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options. “This contribution shows that Subaru is committed to supporting our mission and a reminder that we are not doing this work alone. It helps us continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.”
Over the last 17 years, Subaru has donated nearly $320 million to charity through the Share the Love event, with customers choosing between four national charities and nearly 2,300 hometown charities.
