PRINCETON, NJ (July 5, 2017) – Community Options has appointed Susan Mannino as its talent scout for Allentown, PA.
Actively recruiting talented and motivated Direct Support Professionals has been vital to Community Options’ success of housing and employment support for individuals with disabilities across the state. Mannino has already begun the process of seeking out the most qualified people.
‘I am looking forward to finding compassionate qualified direct support professionals to give people with disabilities the care and respect that they deserve,” said Mannino.
Mannino has a bachelor’s degree in education from Kutztown University and was a radio personality for iHeart Media for 17 years. She also has experience with direct sales and merchandising.
“I am thrilled to have Susan on board as the new Talent Scout for Eastern, PA,” said Bridget Haney, Community Options State Director of Pennsylvania. “Susan is passionate about our mission and was eager to begin her new role. She hit the ground running during her first week and had already begun recruiting and interviewing applicants. I feel confident she will be successful in her role, which will ultimately lead to the success of the individuals we support.”
