Mark J. Exhibits the Mission of Community Options
Mark began receiving services from Community Options in 1999.
The same year he entered Community Options, Mark J. started working with Supportive Employment. Mark acquired employment at Taco Bell and to this day, continues to work there. Mark has proudly received the 10 and 15-year awards and wears them well. Mark states in his own words, ‘I’m a responsible adult and I take care of my money. When I retire, I want to sit back and relax because I don’t like trouble.”
Mark currently lives with a foster family. When asked about how he lives his life, he said, “I go by what’s in my heart and do what’s good. That’s when I felt my heart belonged to Community Options and I don’t want to go anywhere else.”
