MORRISTOWN, NJ – The snow that hit the Morristown area is being blamed for the delay of this year’s Cupid Chase 5K Run. The race will now take place on Saturday February 18 at 10am. All proceeds raised go towards making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

“We had to cancel due to icy conditions on the roadways that will not clear from the storm and bitter cold today and into tomorrow”, said race director Tracy Mendola. “Registration will remain open through next week, so folks can still register!! The weather then looks to be in the 40s!”

Runners, walkers, and rollers in wheelchairs and baby strollers who participate in the 5K race will help raise funds and awareness for their mission of dignity and choice for those with disabilities.
