35th District Senator Nellie Pou Visits Community Options’ Group Home In Haledon

PRINCETON, NJ – On Monday, November 18, 35th District Senator Nellie Pou visited a Community Options’ group home in Haledon, NJ.

“I applaud Community Options on behalf of their clients, for providing them with a safe and secure family environment to call home,” said 35th District Senator Nellie Pou. “The significant value of their services is clearly recognized, as they truly give their clients a sense of independence in a community setting.

“I thank the Executive Director Tracy Mendola for inviting me to visit the Haledon home, as it was a rewarding experience to see their services first hand.”

The house visited by Senator Pou is home to 3 individuals, one of whom has been receiving services from Community Options for 20 years.The home was purchased by Community Options in 1995.
