Economic and social independence for people with disabilities is a compelling focus. This can mean finding a job for a person that pays at least minimum wage, assisting a person to become self-employed, finding a home in the community, joining a club or taking a trip.

Community Options believes there are four values critical to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families successfully: individual choice; customer satisfaction; person-centered planning; and economic empowerment. These values inspire each service Community Options provides and develops.
