I was first introduced to the idea of Person-Centered Support years ago by a former employee of Community Options during a job interview. His passion for this idea was infectious and fueled my desire to work and support people to be the best version of themselves. Since then, I have made it part of my mission to share with everyone I come into contact with the importance of ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be an active member in their community. The staff here in the Lehigh Valley, are dedicated and work hard work to ensure each of the individuals we support have unique opportunities available to them and to be happy and successful in their daily lives. I am so grateful to have become part of an organization whose mission positively impacts the lives of so many people.
