Dear Maddie,

We are writing to express our most heartfelt thanks to the Community Options staff for being such compassionate and competent caregivers to our daughter, Jennifer H.

Jennifer moved into the Hanover Group Home in August of 2014. From the first day that she had arrived, she has been given the finest of care.

Through the last several years, Jennifer has become much more physically and mentally incapacitated. It is has been difficult for us as her parents to watch her go through these health challenges, yet at the same time we feel very reassured in knowing that the wonderful caregivers at Hanover are looking after all of her needs so closely.

We especially would like to acknowledge the exceptional care that Jennifer has been receiving from: Kellye, Yinka, Ayodele, Margi, Denise, Pat, Malcolm, and Darius.

We truly value the open communication that the staff and we have. This enhances our ability to work together as a team on Jennifer’s behalf.

Thank you again so much for everything that is being done to make Jennifer’s life happy, safe, and comfortable.
