PRINCETON, NJ – Community Options, a leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wei-Han Zhou as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing the Department of Strategic Operations.

Wei-Han joined Community Options in 2017 and has served as Vice President of Strategic Operations, where he led government relations, grant development, fundraising and philanthropic partnerships. With extensive expertise in policy and communications, including prior experience advising state and federal legislators offices and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Wei-Han brings a unique combination of public-sector insight and nonprofit leadership to his new role.

In this senior leadership role, Wei-Han will oversee the organization’s strategic planning, growth initiatives, cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement at a national level. His remit will include guiding the organization’s long-term trajectory and ensuring that mission, operations and partnerships remain tightly integrated.
