I’ve worked at Community Options for over two years, starting as a Program Specialist and quickly becoming Director of Residential Services. We’ve introduced comprehensive training programs, including Westmoreland’s first NADD training on September 26th and 27th 2023. The students actively engaged with the material, recognizing its relevance to their daily work responsibilities, especially the importance of detailed input in their documentation of DSP’s. This training was well received, with positive feedback.
