Working at Community Options has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for me. From day one, it’s been clear that this organization is deeply committed to its mission of supporting individuals with disabilities. I’m truly impressed by the dedication and compassion shown by everyone involved, from the frontline Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to the national and local leadership. Community Options stands out in a landscape where many states fall short in valuing DSPs and individuals with disabilities. Despite the challenges posed by systemic issues, the organization remains steadfast in its commitment to providing high-quality care and advocacy. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Community Options. It’s been an honor to be part of an organization that is making a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. I look forward to continuing to grow and contribute to this important work in the future.
